Shipping Rates for U.S. orders*
$4.50 for orders up to $30.00 ground advantage
$8.15 for orders $30.01 to $100.00 priority
$11.00 for orders $100.01 to $200.00 priority
$14.00 for orders $200.01 and up priority
*We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge from the above table for Bulky, Heavy or Large items (such as Floor Stands, Frames, Lamps, Heavy Books, or long stretcher bars). If necessary, we will contact you to verify the actual shipping charge and to confirm that you still want the item, and to collect the additional amount. Oversized orders may be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex at our discretion at the actual shipping costs. Insurance is added to all framed needlework that we ship.
Order Handling:
We try to ship most orders within 24-36 hours. Exceptions being, holidays, vacations and illness. In these situations, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
We do our best to ensure that the website is up to date. If there is an item you want that is out of stock, please feel free to call or email the shop to see when we expect to have it back in stock. A note of caution…although we strive to make sure our inventory numbers are accurate, due to theft and an occasional computer burp, inventory numbers are sometimes off. Should you place an order and it turns out that the item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know and to see what your wishes are in regards to the out of stock item.
Returns:
Please make your selections carefully, as we do not accept the return of any patterns, books, kits, fibers or fabric. As you know, online pictures do not depict the true color of fabric or floss. If in doubt, please call me at the shop before placing your order and I will be happy to assist you in choosing a fabric or floss color.
Similarly, all overstock, sale and special-order items cannot be returned.
You must contact us for advance authorization to return any other items. ALL returns must be authorized. They must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise and must be accompanied by a store receipt. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any returned goods if they are not pre-authorized by us. If an item is authorized to be returned, we will charge a 15% restocking charge and return freight will not be reimbursed. Any returned merchandise must be packed so that it arrives back to us in resalable condition – i.e., it must be free of cigarette, perfume and other odors, pet hair, food stuffs etc. We will not grant any refund or in-store credit for items not returned in resalable condition. If you receive defective merchandise, please notify us immediately upon your receipt of it so that we may authorize its return. We will credit you the purchase price of any item that has an obvious defect upon our receipt of it. Please include a copy of your sales receipt with any return you make.
Closings due to Weather Policy:
If school is cancelled due to snow and it actually does snow or ice Reflections will be closed also.
